Cruise through the scenic Stikine Icecap—located approximately 45 miles south of Juneau, Alaska amid Tongass National Forest—and behold a paradise in sight and sound amid a serene remote wilderness.

The Stikine Icecap
Renowned for its iconic granite spires and imposing peaks, Alaska’s southernmost icefield is one of the 3 biggest icecaps in the state. Straddling the Alaska-British Columbia boundary, the Stikine Icecap boasts an abundance of glaciers and serves as a primary source for the Taku River and the Stikine River. Stand in awe at this spectacular icefield and be on the lookout for the process known as calving, where giant chunks of ice break off and spill into the sea below without warning.
