1. The Promo Code may be used one-time only and will expire one year from the date received. The Promo Code only applies to a booking made on MyGCITravel.com.
2. The Promo Code is entered and the discount is shown, if applicable, at time of Check-out.
3. Promo Code – Condominium: The Code will apply a $100 discount on the listed rate for a seven (7) night minimum stay.
4. Promo Code – Hotel: The Code will have a maximum savings Up To $50 on a three (3) night minimum stay. Not all hotel rates are eligible for the discount and exclude bookings at hotels that are already listed at our maximum discounted rate.
5. All Condo or Hotel booking terms and conditions apply and are subject to availability. Standard Condo and Hotel taxes and fees are applicable to reservations made using the Promo Code. These charges must be paid at the time of the reservation and are the Guest’s responsibility.
6. The Promo Code has value only when redeemed in accordance with all terms and conditions of the offer and cannot be returned for cash or its equivalent. The Promo Code will be considered fully used once a qualifying reservation confirmation has been generated. The Promo Code will not be returned, replaced or refunded and the Promo Code will be deemed void if a reservation is cancelled, travel dates changed or only a portion of the stay is used.
7. A Promo Code may not be used for any previously purchased reservation.
8. MyGCITravel.com reserves the right to vary these conditions of use or to withdraw a Promo Code at any time.
